Compounding good thoughts and feelings
This month’s mindset focus is an opportunity to practise “compounding good thoughts and feelings”.
Compounding good thoughts and emotions allows us to raise our vibration in order to be a match for bigger and better things to come in.
TASK:
This month, whenever you experience something good in your day (for example someone pays you a compliment) say…
“There’s more where that came from”.
Then immediately after, say…
“Wouldn't it be nice if…” And speak into existence the next great thing that could happen after getting that compliment.
Example:
I received a compliment on Instagram that thanked me for something I said that helped them feel better in that moment…
I immediately say to myself - “Yay! there’s more where that came from!”.
Then I say
“Wouldn’t it be nice if these compliments turn into a new client, and our work together changed their life for good and not only did I get well compensated for my work but that client told all her friends about me and I have an inbox full of enquiries from amazing women who want to work with me…”.
And so on and so on…
Why this works:
All too often we brush these small positive wins away as no big deal, as a one-off, or as temporary. Rather than celebrating and accepting this is a normal and everyday occurrence of good things happening. By saying “There’s more where that came from” we affirm to ourselves that good things like this will continue to happen.
“Wouldn’t it be nice if…” because the wording is intentionally light and playful. It is a simple but effective trick for flipping yourself into a state of abundance and compounding one good thought into an even better thought, into an even better thought. This is a great opportunity to turn a small win into big ‘dream come true’ energy.
