Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is an amazing tool for really committing and creating consistency with a new routine. To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it. Unfortunately not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.

6 years ago, I poured my love of health and fitness, gift of positivity and passion for helping others, into my dream business and launched my Ontrack accountability coaching program. It was so unique, so transformative, and clients had so much success, that more and more women started asking me how they could get involved.
Today, I have personally helped over 1000 women achieve their fitness goals and they have loved the support I gave them. I often hear them say “this is the ONLY THING THAT WORKS.” or describe my program as “life changing”. Nothing means more to me than that.

How is this different from every other fitness program?
I don’t care what workouts you’re doing. You decide what exercise you want to do. NOT ME. Work with me and pursue whatever kind of movement/activities you love the most. Power walk every day, do yoga, weightlifting, dance aerobics, do whatever is most likely to get you up and get you going.
I’ve worked one on one with hundreds of women and helped them to achieve INCREDIBLE results, transform their bodies, master their mindsets and create daily routines that work EXCLUSIVELY for them. And I did this without prescribing one single workout or one single diet plan.

As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back 'Ontrack' as quickly a possible.

I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it. All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that continue to improve as you progress through the weeks.

There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit.

The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).

As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.

Clients should expect to spend 2-3 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, as soon as possible. However so many clients love working with an accountability coach, they choose to stay much longer.

Because my service are bespoke to you and fit around your schedule. It’s suitable for nearly everyone.
However Ontrack accountability coaching is not for you if:
You are already consistent and are looking for a coach to program specific workouts and a meal plan for you. (You would be more ideally suited to a personal trainer).
You are looking for nutrition and workout programming/advice with a specific goal to build muscle. (You would be more ideally suited to a personal trainer).
You are not ready to make a serious daily commitment to your own personal health and lifestyle. (this may not be the right time for you).
