2 Thing You Must Do To Stick To Your Fitness Goals

1) Make everything as positive as possible

When you start your fitness journey it’s going to be hard. It’s going to feel uncomfortable. It might even feel utterly pointless, couple that with not seeing physical change as quickly as you want and it can start to feel like a pretty negative process.

You must find your positives elsewhere.. and by elsewhere I mean EVERYWHERE else. Turn every little thing you do into a huge celebration... you worked out today!! Celebrate! You drank a glass of water – celebrate!

You prepped your lunch and took it to work .. huge congratulations! Treat yourself to a new water bottle or lush new Tupperware that you can wait to fill.

Make mini-milestones that you can easily achieve to reward yourself for ... such as “3 workouts this week and I can buy a new sports bra or a new planner“

Do whatever it takes to make this a collection of the most FEEL good moments you’ve ever had.  You will never succeed at something that just feels hard and unrewarding, so make it feel as positive as possible.

2) Make everything as visual as possible.

We are extremely motivated by what we can SEE  - so making your process and progress VISUAL is extremely helpful.

For example, make a wall planner or monthly calendar and give a big tick ✅ for every day you spend on track and a black circle ⚫️ for any days off-plan. Get instant gratification every day from seeing you’ve spent most of your week hitting your goals.

Write down your food for the day.  Have a good PLAN for your meals and snacks before the day begins. Write down in your planner or somewhere you will able to see it throughout the day.

So be your biggest cheerleader, in a way to SEE all the effort you are making and clap for yourself every damn day.
